About the position

As a Senior Scrum Master, you’ll lead agile teams to deliver high-value product increments, drive scrum adoption, and continuously improve team performance.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities


  • Lead and coach multiple scrum teams, ensuring alignment with agile principles.


  • Facilitate sprint ceremonies – planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.


  • Manage sprint and product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners.


  • Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint delivery.


  • Track and report on sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery outcomes.


  • Foster a collaborative, transparent, and empowered team environment.


  • Ensure compliance with agile best practices and continuous improvement.


Experience & Qualifications


  • Degree/Diploma in IT or related field (essential).


  • Certified Scrum Master / Agile Practitioner (essential).


  • 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple scrum teams.


  • Proven delivery of IT solutions using agile methodologies.


  • Experience in one or more functional areas:


    • Digital / E-commerce


    • Retail Services


    • Planning & Merchandising


    • Data & Analytics


    • IT Financial Services
