About the position
This is a remote position.
To improve efficiency, reduce waste, identify, and implement solutions and actively implement Agile methods and frameworks such as SAFe and Scrum in alignment with the ART Leadership and LACE Team.
In accordance with local / global strategic planning and standards in compliance with the Company's Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E. requirements and perform delegated S.H.E. tasks and duties & to inform superiors about deviations.

Outputs:
· Manage and coordinate Agile ceremonies for (multiple) teams.
· Coordination and consultation with business partners and process experts in local and international locations
· Demonstrate an ability to foster an environment for ideation, prototyping and production.
· Initiate, develop and maintain a range of working relationships, within IT, the business, and Centre of Competence (CoC)
· Ensure the team follows Agile practices and principles.
· Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
· Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog.
· Track and report on team progress and performance metrics.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
· Design, research, develop, analyses and suggest appropriate Agile concepts as well as strategies.
· Performing all outputs in compliance with the Company's Integrity Codes & S.H.E. requirements and performing delegated S.H.E. tasks and duties & to inform superiors about deviations
· Adhere to all guidelines and requirements to ensure compliance standards of quality, security, extensibility etc.
Qualification and Experience
· Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required, SAFe Scrum Master certification advantageous.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT in an Agile environment
· Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Agile Hive, Mural and similar.
· Minimum NQF 7 – BSC/BCom/BTech in Information Technology or B. Eng. (Industrial Engineering) or relevant Agile/Scrum certification equivalent
· Knowledge of production and logistics processes in the automotive industry will be beneficial.
