About the position

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Controlling of Honeywell scanners / In and Out register keeping
  • Filing off scanner registers
  • Troubleshoot scanner problems
  • Recording of all faulty scanners, submission and documenting for repair
  • Hand out of vehicle allocated keys to respective drivers as per vehicle allocation
  • Controlling of Key register in scanner room
  • Printing of driver trip sheets
  • Ensuring print toner and paper levels are monitored and replenishment requests made timeously
  • Imaging of Pod`s and Customer Own Documents onto the E-Docs management system.

Desired Skills:

  • Scanner
  • Admin Clerk
  • Warehouse experience

Desired Work Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years Admin Clerk

Desired Qualification Level:

  • Grade 12 / Matric

About The Employer:

Our client based in Airport Industrial is looking to acquire an experienced Scanner Room Clerk for one of their sites which will be based at the Airport Industrial. Successful candidate should possesses the ff skills and experience:

Minimum Requirements




- A Grade 12 certificate, Matriculation, or NQF 4 level qualification
- Warehouse experience
- Good communication skills
- Must be computer literate
- Scanner experience
- Must be willing to work shifts
