SAP SuccessFactors Support Consultant (KZN) contract (on-site) TB

About the position

• Provide Level 1 Support for SAP SuccessFactors (primarily Employee Central & LMS).


• Act as the first point of contact for business users, handling basic issues and coordinating escalations.


• Coordinate testing activities with business super users for releases, enhancements, and fixes.


• Support training preparation and delivery, including job aids, user guides, and functional walkthroughs.


• Maintain and update process, configuration, and testing documentation.


• Work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth end-user operations.


• Understand HR business processes and align system actions or requirements accordingly.

 


Minimum Requirements:

Requirements:

• Senior Certificate plus relevant IT Degree or IT Diploma or certifications plus solid work experience.


• SAP Success Factors certification (advantage).


• Must have 3 years minimum experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Support Consultant.


• Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.

 



Technical skills required:

• At least 3 years’ Level 1 Support experience with SAP SuccessFactors required.


• SAP SuccessFactors (3 years min.)


• SAP EC (SAP Employee Central) 3 years min.


• SAP LMS (SAP SuccessFactors Learning) 3 years min.


• Strong understanding of HR business processes.

 



Advantageous skills:

• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and Succession Planning modules will be an advantage.
