About the position
The Senior Functional Consultant will lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0and Succession Development as part of a broader HCM transformation program. The role includes full-cycle project delivery, functional solution design, integration with other modules, and enabling HR best practices aligned with organizational goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Functional Consultant implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and Succession Development.
- Successfully delivered at least four (4) full-cycle implementation projects, covering both Onboarding 2.0 and Succession Development.
- Must hold valid and current certifications in:
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0
- SAP SuccessFactors Succession Development
Including latest Delta certifications for both
Experience Skill:
- Deep functional knowledge of Onboarding 2.0, including:
- New Hire Data Collection, Compliance Forms, Offboarding, Process Flows, Custom Panels
- Configuration of Business Rules, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and Process Triggers
- Proven experience in Succession Development, including:
- Succession Planning, Talent Pools, Matrix Grids, Nominations, and Position-Based Succession
- Development Goals, Development Plans, and Career Path Mapping
- Experience integrating Onboarding 2.0 with Recruiting and Employee Central
- Experience integrating Succession Development with Performance Goals
- Ability to conduct client workshops, gather requirements, prepare functional design documents, and deliver end-user training
- Strong analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder communication
- Experience supporting post-go-live activities and driving continuous improvement
Certification:
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (with latest Delta)
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Succession Development (with latest Delta)
Mandatory:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and Succession Development
- Must have delivered 4 full-cycle implementations covering both modules
- Must hold valid, current certifications with Delta updates for:
- Onboarding 2.0
- Succession Development
