About the position

The Senior Functional Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of core HR processes as part of the broader HR transformation. This role will focus on delivering functional excellence across Employee Central, ensuring alignment with global HR strategies and local business requirements, and integrating with S/4HANA and other SAP modules.

Minimum Requirements:



  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Functional Consultant with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

  • Must have successfully delivered at least four (4) full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central.

  • Hands-on experience across the following core functional areas:

    • Employee Records

    • Time and Attendance

    • Position Management




Experience Skill:



  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration, business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions.

  • Experience with data models, XML configuration, and foundation objects.

  • Familiarity with integration to downstream systems such as Payroll (Employee Central Payroll or third-party).

  • Ability to gather requirements, write functional specs, conduct testing, and provide user training and documentation.

  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working across HR, IT, and global business stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-country project environments.


Certification:



  • SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

    • Including the latest Delta certification to ensure current knowledge of updates and features.




Mandatory:



  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a SuccessFactors Employee Central Functional Consultant.

  • Must have completed 4 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.

  • Must have configured and implemented Employee Records, Time and Attendance, and Position Management.

  • Must hold a valid and current SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification, including Delta certification.
