About the position
We are seeking a talented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join Accenture's SAP Practice in Johannesburg. In this role, you will serve as a Functional Expert on SAP SuccessFactors HR transformation engagements, working closely with clients to understand their HR operating models, translate business requirements into robust Employee Central solutions, and deliver high-quality configurations across the full project lifecycle — from blueprint and design through to go-live and HyperCare.
