About the position
A SuccessFactors Consultant (HR) designs, configures, and implements SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance, Time Management) to align HR technology with business strategy. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, system configuration, testing, and supporting global HR digital transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Configuration: Lead the configuration and deployment of SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements, including Employee Central (EC) and Talent modules.
- Requirement Gathering: Conduct workshops with stakeholders to map business processes, create configuration workbooks, and translate HR needs into technical solutions.
- Implementation & Deployment: Manage end-to-end implementation cycles, including data migration, testing (UAT), and system go-live.
- System Maintenance: Provide Tier 3 support, conduct root cause analysis for issues, and manage quarterly system updates.
- Integration Support: Ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors and existing SAP HCM or payroll systems.
Requirements - Experience: 3–9+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 1-2 full-cycle implementations.
- Module Expertise: Proven expertise in SF Employee Central (EC) and at least one other module (e.g., Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding).
- Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Certification is required or strongly preferred.
- Technical Proficiencies: Familiarity with XML configuration, Data Models, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and Workflow design. ABAP
