About the position

The Senior Functional Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of compensation processes within the SAP SuccessFactors suite. This includes working closely with HR and business stakeholders to deliver global and local compensation programs, ensure alignment with business strategy, and provide functional expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Minimum Requirements:



  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Functional Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.

  • Successfully completed at least four (4) full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.

  • Proven ability to configure and support Compensation Planning, Bonus Plans, Guidelines, and Eligibility Rules.


Experience Skill:



  • Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Compensation configuration, templates, business rules, compensation cycles, and workflows.

  • Ability to align system design with business compensation policies and global HR strategies.

  • Skilled in requirement gathering, functional documentation, testing support, and training delivery.

  • Experience integrating Compensation with Employee Central and downstream processes.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with Variable Pay is advantageous.


Certification:



  • AP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

    • Must include the latest Delta certification to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of current functionality.




Mandatory:



  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Functional Consultant.

  • Successfully delivered 4 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementations.

  • Must hold a valid and current SAP SuccessFactors Compensation certification, including the Delta certification.
