SAP Senior Consultant

About the position

Performs business and systems analysis, designs, implements, configures, supports and maintains SAP system. Plays a fundamental role in realisation of business benefits across multiple functional areas or modules in the SAP system.  Also involved in solution design and system integration.

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Principal Consultant to join a dynamic, fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. This role is ideal for an experienced SAP professional who is passionate about expanding beyond traditional SAP functional or technical consulting into end-to-end solution architecture.


The successful candidate will perform business and systems analysis, design, implement, configure, support, and maintain SAP solutions. You will play a fundamental role in realising business benefits across multiple functional areas and SAP modules, while contributing to solution design, systems integration, and enterprise architecture initiatives.


Working closely with SAP Principal Consultants, Engineers, Developers, Architects, and stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, you will provide technical leadership while driving innovative solutions that enhance the employee experience. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern SAP technologies and broaden your expertise across SAP and non-SAP integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Relevant SAP Certification.

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of SAP consulting experience.


• Extensive experience as a SAP Principal Consultant with strong expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).


• Deep understanding of SAP HCM On-Premise and the integration of multiple technologies and/or SAP modules.


• Proven experience leading or participating in multi-stack technology implementations and SAP implementation projects.


• Strong background in solution architecture, complex technology design, and enterprise solution integration.

Technical Environment

• Multi-stack technology environment.


• SAP SaaS Cloud solutions, including SuccessFactors, Fieldglass, and Ariba.


• SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).


• Integration between SAP and non-SAP technologies.


• Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and integration patterns.
