About the position
- Analyze business requirements and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes; obtain user sign-off for functional/technical designs.
- Recommend process improvements and enhancements proactively.
- Basic ABAP debugging and knowledge of Workbench for developments/enhancements is a plus.
- Configure Materials Management (MM) and related Sales & Distribution (SD) settings, including organisational structure setup.
- Create and execute test plans, including integration and regression testing across modules.
- Develop MM templates (e.g., for sales orders) and test data for Change Requests (CRs).
- Understand and manage IDOCs, RFCs, and interface processes.
- Define cutover strategies and support Go-live activities, including post-Go-live support.
- Prepare user manuals and deliver training to business stakeholders.
- Handle operational support: resolve incidents and maintenance tickets within SLA.
- Perform system troubleshooting and apply necessary configuration changes.
- Raise and document CRs, write functional specs, and validate through testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional consultants and guide external teams to ensure deliverable quality.
- Support end-user transaction interfaces and define authorization roles.
- Maintain documentation for evolving system functionalities.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives) and update Agile toolchain accordingly.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications/Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar
- SAP MM Certified
Essential Skills Requirements:
- 3-5 years Solid SAP MM experience
- 3-5 years Solid SAP SD experience
- Agile
