What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)
Taking ownership of SAP Sales Cloud V2 and SAP Service Cloud V2 tenant readiness, you'll provision environments, configure baselines, manage users, roles and access, coordinate SSO and identity setup, and complete smoke testing and quality assurance. You'll maintain audit-ready documentation, resolve provisioning defects and formally hand over tested tenants to implementation teams. You'll enjoy having clear ownership and measurable impact, with a target of 95% of tenants ready by the agreed handover date.

Join a specialist technology environment working at the intersection of SAP cloud solutions, SaaS platforms and digital transformation within the utilities sector. The wider business brings more than 25 years of industry experience and works on modern cloud-based platforms supporting the evolving energy industry. The Cape Town role operates on a hybrid basis, with three days in the office.

What you'll need
Bring a relevant IT, Information Systems or Engineering qualification, or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years' hands-on SAP Cloud administration or system provisioning experience. SAP Sales Cloud or Service Cloud exposure is essential. You'll understand tenants, subaccounts, entitlements, destinations, transport routes, identity providers, SSO, role collections, licence administration, Cloud Connector and certificates. SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Identity Services, ITIL, scripting or German would be advantageous.
