What You'll Do
· Own the product roadmap and vision for STP and FSTS within a dynamic SAP S/4HANA landscape.
· Drive end-to-end delivery – from ideation to global deployment and optimisation.
· Act as the global template owner for supply planning, procurement, and forecasting.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain).
· Prioritize initiatives based on strategic value and measurable outcomes.
· Establish KPIs to ensure continuous product evolution and effectiveness.
· Mentor a high-performance team of consultants, analysts, and experts.
RequirementsWhat You Bring
· Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP transformations.
· Deep experience in STP, IBP, and FSTS.
· SAP Ariba, TM, EWM, and SRM expertise.
· End-to-end supply chain & procurement process design skills.
· Agile delivery and enterprise architecture know-how.
· Success working across global, matrixed organisations.
· Brilliant communicator and stakeholder influencer.
· Calm under pressure in fast-paced transformation environments.
· Bonus: SAP certifications in IBP, Ariba, or STP.
