About the position
Writing and refining test cases.
Collaborate with team members to ensure fast and efficient defect resolution and product quality.
User acceptance testing, visibility of defects and test management.
Actively participate in business refinements ensuring SAP best practises are followed.
Provide SAP Production Support for Plants.
Delivering operations support services.
Improve the overall quality of the SMART applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Monitor IT system error messages and process accordingly.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications/Experience:
Relevant IT Degree / Diploma / equivalent work Experience.
+4 years’ experience in an SAP environment.
Essential Skills Requirements:
Strong interpersonal Skills.
Test management.
SAP Plant Maintenance preferred, but any logistical modules accepted (Team can support with upskilling where needed).
Test management exposure (Xray advantageous).
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.
SAP exposure (PM EAM, PP, QS, preferred).
Advantageous Skills Requirements:
Information Technology Qualification (Advantageous, but not a pre-requisite).
Other SAP modules will be considered.
Driven and willing to grow in the role.
Operation platforms like ITSM advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Willingness to interact with international clients, addressing potential language barriers professionally.
Excellent time management, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently in agile environments.
