You’ll be a vital link in ensuring the clients human capital systems run smoothly, supporting the lifeblood of the organisation - the people. ?? Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• SAP Certification in HCM and/or SuccessFactors (SF).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM/SF.
• Experience in project management, especially within HR tech implementations.
• Bonus: Additional SAP certifications in HCM/SF.

?? As part of the HR Technology team, you’ll:

• Manage and maintain the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors systems in line with group policies, procedures, and legislation.
• Update and align organisational structures within SAP HCM.
• Analyse system data to identify and resolve discrepancies accurately and on time.
• Support the full system lifecycle: development, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go live support (Hypercare).
• Drive optimization by leveraging the full capabilities of SAP HCM/SF.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide exceptional support and troubleshooting services.
