Are you a skilled SAP HCM expert looking for your next big challenge? We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP HCM Consultant to provide both technical and functional support on a high-impact project focused on SAP R/3 ECC6 EHP7 and SAP S/4 HANA.
This is your chance to drive HR system excellence, work with cross-functional teams, and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant HR operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver technical and functional support across SAP HCM modules, ensuring system integrity and seamless integration.
- Manage Organizational Management structures and maintain accurate hierarchies, positions, and relationships.
- Oversee Time Management processes, including negative time recording and payroll integration.
- Maintain Personnel Administration data, employee master records, and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
- Support Training & Events Management, Recruitment processes, Compensation Management, and Personnel Cost Planning.
- Manage Payroll operations, including configuration, wage types, and post-payroll activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring system stability.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and Finance teams to gather requirements, perform gap analyses, and implement system enhancements.
- Conduct end-user training, create documentation, and drive knowledge transfer sessions.
- Monitor system performance, apply updates/patches, and participate in testing activities (unit, integration, and UAT).
- Generate actionable reports and analytics to optimize HCM processes.
RequirementsWhat You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven hands-on experience as an SAP HCM Consultant with SAP R/3 ECC6 EHP7 and/or SAP S/4 HANA.
- Deep understanding of SAP HCM modules and best practices for support and maintenance.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in industry-specific HR domains (public sector, manufacturing, finance).
- Knowledge of SAP HCM integration with Finance, Payroll, or other modules.
- Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to improve processes.
- SAP HCM Certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is a plus.
