Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to support the ongoing implementation, optimization, and support of SAP HCM modules, with a strong focus on S/4HANA and SuccessFactors integration. The ideal candidate will bring deep SAP expertise, a solid understanding of HR business processes, and previous experience working in the retail sector.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Provide functional consulting expertise for SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, etc.)
- Drive the integration and alignment of SAP HCM with S/4HANA and SuccessFactors
- Support the implementation and roll-out of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Talent Management, Performance & Goals, etc.)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions aligned with HR and business objectives
- Conduct system configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), training, and post-implementation support
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and alignment with global HR standards
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support change management initiatives
- Liaise with internal IT teams, SAP partners, and external consultants as required
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting, with full-cycle implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, particularly in HCM functionality and architecture
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors (certifications in relevant modules are a plus)
- Solid understanding of HR processes and policies, particularly within the retail and/or pharmaceutical sectors
- Hands-on configuration and solution design experience
- Experience with integration tools and middleware (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform Integration, CPI)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Certification in HCM and/or SuccessFactors
- Previous experience working in the retail or pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of UK/EMEA payroll regulations (if applicable)
- Experience with change management and training delivery
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
