About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP GRC Consultant to join our team and provide technical and functional support for SAP R/3 ECC6 EHP7 and SAP S/4 HANA systems. This role focuses on Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) – Access Control, with responsibilities covering user authorization, profile maintenance, and compliance management. The ideal candidate will ensure secure, compliant, and optimized SAP environments while supporting system upgrades, audits, and ongoing operations.


Key Responsibilities

• User Authorization & Profile Maintenance
  
  
  
  • Design, configure, and maintain SAP user roles, profiles, and authorizations.
    
    
    
  • Implement and manage role-based access control (RBAC).
    
    
    
  • Perform periodic access reviews and resolve authorization issues.
    
    
    
• GRC – Access Control Solution
  
  
  
  • Configure and maintain SAP GRC Access Control modules (ARA, EAM, UAM, BRM).
    
    
    
  • Conduct SoD analysis and access risk assessments.
    
    
    
  • Implement compliance controls (e.g., SOX, GDPR) and support audits.
    
    
    
• Technical Support
  
  
  
  • Perform system configuration, enhancements, and upgrades for GRC Access Control.
    
    
    
  • Troubleshoot GRC-related technical issues and support system integration.
    
    
    
  • Apply patches and optimize performance for GRC processes and workflows.
    
    
    
• Functional Support
  
  
  
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into GRC solutions.
    
    
    
  • Conduct user training and create documentation for GRC and authorization processes.
    
    
    
  • Support end-to-end testing of GRC configurations in ECC and S/4 HANA environments.
    
    
    
• Maintenance Services
  
  
  
  • Monitor system health and ensure high availability.
    
    
    
  • Perform regular system audits and clean-ups.
    
    
    
  • Provide ongoing support for incidents, change requests, and enhancements.
    
    
    

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:
  
  
  
  • 5+ years of SAP GRC Access Control implementation and support.
    
    
    
  • Proven expertise in SAP ECC6 EHP7 and S/4 HANA environments.
    
    
    
  • Strong background in user authorization, role design, and SoD compliance.
    
    
    
  • Hands-on experience with GRC modules (ARA, EAM, UAM, BRM).
    
    
    
• Technical Skills:
  
  
  
  • Proficiency in SAP GRC configuration and integration.
    
    
    
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Security Administration (PFCG, SUIM, user management).
    
    
    
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori security and S/4 HANA authorization concepts.
    
    
    
  • Understanding of ABAP debugging and SAP system logs for troubleshooting.
