What You'll Bring
Essential Requirements
- 4-5 years' experience leading and delivering SAP IBP projects
- Strong expertise in SAP IBP Supply Planning (mandatory)
- Proven ability to work effectively within global teams across multiple time zones
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders internationally
- Deep understanding of process integration between planning and execution systems, particularly ERP
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP IBP Certification
- Experience with SAP IBP Optimizer and Order-Based Planning
- Knowledge of CPI and CPI/DS
Key Responsibilities
Solution Delivery
- Create quality solution documentation and technical specifications
- Participate in design discussions and evaluate solution scenarios
- Identify RICEFW objects and provide effort estimations for functional tasks
- Lead issue resolution post go-live and manage transition to support
Client Engagement
- Facilitate and lead client workshops on Integrated Business Planning
- Conduct requirements gathering, solution design, and process alignment
- Develop functional design documents and perform system configurations
- Guide user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality and business fit
- Author integration specifications for seamless enterprise system connectivity
Leadership & Development
- Actively engage in developing junior resources within the firm
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability building
- Lead knowledge sharing through training and documentation
- Support business development by identifying value-added service opportunities
Team Collaboration
- Work with a global mindset alongside teams in the UK, Germany, Middle East, and beyond
- Deliver solutions on scope, time, quality, and budget
- Co-create solutions with international consultants
- Demonstrate care and commitment to team and business success
