About the position
Job Description
Coordination between development and support environments
Assisting with the business case
Planning and monitoring
Eliciting requirements
Requirements organisation
Translating and simplifying requirements
Requirements management and communication
Requirements analysis
Document requirements in appropriate format depending on methodology followed
Develop systems solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements
Preparation of system/technical documentation (as per ISO standards)
Meet with end users and gather requirements
Facilitate daily stand-ups
Minimum Requirements:
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications/Experience:
Degree in IT or relevant experience
SAP WM/QM Certified
Essential Skills Requirements:
Configuration of SAP QM/WM module.
Understanding of WM/QM processes in SAP.
Preparation of Master Data templates for various QM related objects. Integration testing with other related SAP modules.
Preparing User manuals and conducting training to business process owners.
Advantageous Skills Requirements:
SAP QM Module Configuration
Development documentation
Analyse and solve SAP QM Module issues
Conduct SAP QM Module process configuration
Update and maintain SAP Module functional documentation
Analyse and scope End-user authorisation roles
Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests and System Integration security tests
Desired Skills:
- SAP QM/WM module
- Understanding of WM/QM processes in SAP
- SAP Modules
