About the position
Lead and mentor functional teams and coordinate internal/external teams, coordinating internal and external resources to deliver implementations.
Understand/workshop the business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE documents and get sign-off from users for Business Blueprint document.
SAP Configuration EWM, WM, LE and MM.
Planning, preparation, documentation and execution of Tests.
Integration testing with other modules (PP, PM, SD, MM, LE).
Understand interfaces, IDOC and RFC's processing.
Preparing and assisting with the migration and cut over for MM and EWM objects.
Preparing User manuals and conducting training to business process owners.
Go-live preparation and post Go-live support.
Interaction with clients through meetings, calls and emails.
Handling Tickets and Tasks with the responsibility for closing the same within defined SLA’s (Service Level Agreements).
Responsible for troubleshooting issues for the system and providing support.
Executing the required changes through configuration.
Executing the analysis and resolution of Production Support calls.
Raising Change Requests (CR’s) and writing Functional Specifications for them.
Preparing test data for testing of CR’s (Change Requests).
Testing CR’s (Change Requests) and preparing test results.
Carrying out regression testing.
Interact with consultants of other modules.
User interface transactional solutions.
Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests and System Integration security tests.
Update and maintain all SAP Module functional documentation.
Proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes.
Strong ability to understand and interpret business needs and requirements with an aptitude to move concepts through to proposal and successful implementation.
Part of a DevOps team supporting 24x7.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications/Experience:
IT degree or equivalent qualifications with extensive SAP practical system experience (typically 4–6+ years).
8+ years industry working experience in Logistics (WM and EWM).
Proven track record of working in SAP projects and supporting implementations from requirements through to go live and support.
Strong experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies and tools (Scrum, JIRA and Confluence).
Essential Skills Requirements:
Expert-level SAP EWM functional configuration and process knowledge, including warehouse processes, inbound/outbound, and cross-docking.
Experience with SAP module configuration (EWM/WM/MM/SD/PP/LE) and updating/maintaining SAP functional documentation.
Ability to lead and mentor functional teams and coordinate internal/external teams to carry out implementation tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse and resolve SAP module issues and perform root-cause investigations.
Proven ability to scope and analyse end user authorisation roles and support security testing (unit, integration, system integration).
Familiarity with integrations between SAP and non SAP solutions (iDocs, XML message formats).
Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments (Scrum) and collaborating with DevOps teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging technical and non technical stakeholders.
Handson experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence and test tooling (e.g., Tosca, Xray) for backlog, test management and documentation.
Experience assuring quality of design and supporting go live preparations and post go live support.
Support the functional team with issues and provide a solutions-based approach.

Working knowledge of AWM and Agile Tool Chain.

Willingness to travel internationally and work across time zones when required.
Advantageous Skills Requirements:
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and migration considerations for EWM.
SAP ECC/R3
SAP WM
Familiarity with SAP ABAP basics to liaise effectively with technical teams (advantageous).
Experience with test automation applied to SAP development/test cycles.
Test Automation experience (using Tosca for example).
German language skills (advantageous for some client engagements).
