About the position
Applications maintenance support for: Automated Claim Process, Claim Validation, Claim searching functionality, Pricing –different dealer conditions, Technical campaigns, Reporting, Online Authorization Request (DWP), BSI, Local Packages, DMS Batch interfaces, (Credits/Debits), Local processes, Blacklist, Claim split –different vendors (CKD), Local content check (CKD).
Reacting to and taking appropriate action to resolve problems and change requests with respect to Design and Build.
Recording, routing and monitoring all reported problems and change requests.
Liaising with other fix groups and other plant based or central support organisations within the client.
Taking ownership of problems and change requests reported by users, through to resolution.
Adhering to documented the client escalation processes.
In the course of normal duties, identify and report discrepancies in documented processes and manage general queries in a timely and professional.
Daily use of the Agile Tool Chain, as per the updates required by the respective feature team(s).
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications/Experience:
IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications / 5+ years of experience.
Deep ITSM knowledge.
Experience in at least one of the following Technologies:
Essential Skills Requirements:
Warranty Application Operations Support background.
Warranty Authorisations experience.
Extensive experience in Warranty Applications Operations.
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.
Advantageous Skills Requirements:
SAP Sales and Distribution.
SAP HANA Advantageous.
