Job Description
Gather and analyse business requirements, prepare AS-IS and TO-BE process documentation, and obtain user sign-off on functional and/or technical design specifications.
Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of existing or new business processes.
Implement required system changes through SAP configuration, ensuring alignment with approved design specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional SAP consultants (e.g., MM, SD, EWM, Basis, Development) to address integration requirements and ensure seamless end-to-end process execution.
Prepare test data and supporting documentation, and execute Unit, Regression, and Integration testing, including capturing and tracking test results.
Develop user documentation, such as training material and work instructions, and conduct training sessions for business users or process owners.
Plan and support go-live activities, including cutover preparation, migration validation, execution, and post go-live hypercare.
Engage with clients and stakeholders through meetings, workshops, calls, and written communication to clarify requirements and provide status updates.
Provide production support, including incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of SAP issues within agreed SLA timelines.
Analyse and define end-user authorization requirements, ensuring appropriate access for planning-related business processes.
Maintain and update system/process documentation to reflect changes introduced through configuration or solution enhancements.
Work effectively within Agile delivery frameworks, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Use Agile toolsets (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) to manage work items, maintain documentation, and ensure accurate updates for the feature team.

Qualifications/Experience:
Relevant IT or Business Degree, or equivalent practical experience in supply chain or SAP solution delivery.
SAP Certification in one or more of the following areas: SAP PP, SAP APO, or SAP SCM.
Essential Skills Requirements:
Extensive knowledge and hands-on customizing experience in one or more SAP Supply Chain modules, including SAP PP, SAP SCM, SAP APO, and SAP eSPP.
Strong expertise in SAP Core Interface (CIF), including integration model setup, queue monitoring, and troubleshooting. Proficient in Forecast Models, Inventory Planning, Purchasing, SCP Master Data, as well as concepts such as Safety Stock and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ).
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional concepts and detailed functional specifications.
Deep understanding of the end-to-end Supply Chain Planning process, covering the full flow of demand and supply across all planning horizons—from Demand Planning through Supply Network Planning.
Thorough knowledge of key Supply Chain Planning disciplines, including stock replenishment, stock ordering, inventory management, Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), and the configuration and operation of planning optimizers within APO/eSPP.
Working knowledge of cross-functional SAP integration, particularly with related modules such as MM, SD, and WM/EWM (advantageous).
Practical experience working in Agile environments, including the use of Confluence and JIRA for documentation, collaboration, and work management.
Data Analytical skills
Advantageous Skills Requirements:
Experience with advanced supply chain planning tools, such as SAP IBP, APO, and eSPP.
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects.
Practical understanding of Agile methodologies, including participation in Agile ceremonies and use of Agile toolchains.
Basic ABAP debugging skills, enabling effective analysis and collaboration with technical teams.
Experience collaborating with international stakeholders, including exposure to multilingual environments and cross-cultural communication.
