About the position
Analyse business requirements and prepare AS-IS and TO-BE documentation.
Obtain user sign-off for Business Blueprint documents.
Configure organisation structures (e.g., Purchase Organisation, Plants, Storage Locations).
Prepare master data templates for Material Master, Vendor Master, and other objects.
Conduct integration testing with other SAP modules.
Execute cutover strategies and provide go-live and post-go-live support.
System Configuration & Troubleshooting.
Execute system changes through configuration.
Perform ABAP debugging to support issue resolution.
Handle tickets, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
Raise Change Requests (CRs) and draft functional specifications.
Conduct testing of CRs, including regression testing and preparing test results.
Support release preparation, sanity checks, and rollout processes.
Understand and manage system interfaces, IDOCs, RFCs, and Kafka integrations.
Set up and manage application monitoring tools like Splunk, SmartOps, and SAP Health.
Create IDOC monitoring rules and alerting systems.
Prepare user manuals and training materials for business process owners.
Provide training sessions and onboarding for new team members.
Liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders through meetings, calls, and emails.
Participate in daily stand-ups, grooming sessions, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
Manage Confluence and JIRA for team collaboration.
Administer mail tools, mailing lists, and key user lists.
Oversee tools such as TOSCA (automated testing), Tableau, and SAP Basis Info Portal.
Incident and Problem Management.
Handle major incident escalations and reporting.
Execute ITSM processes, including ticket creation and management.
Follow Operations best practices.
Quality Assurance and Testing.
Conduct automated and manual testing using tools like TOSCA.
Manage testing for SAP release upgrades and retrofitting processes.
Perform SAP system health checks and troubleshoot identified issues.
Monitor job scheduling through tools like ESAS and OPC-Job Scheduling.
Support master data validation using tools like Master Data Checker.
Generate reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
Provide support for existing solutions (DevOps) even outside of business hours.
Willing and able to travel extensively, for up to 2 weeks at a time (international).
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications/Experience:
Relevant IT degree or 10+ years industry working experience.

Business requirements analysis.
Analyse and solve SAP Module issues.
Conduct SAP Module process configuration.
Strong ability to understand and interpret business needs and requirements with an aptitude to move concepts through to proposal and successful implementation.
