About the position
Collaborate with (sub)product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Configure and customize SuccessFactors to meet business requirements.
Execute SuccessFactors Functional Testing & System Integration Testing to ensure that high quality software standards are achieved at all times.
Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Develop and maintain documentation for configurations and processes.
Troubleshoot issues as part of the 3rd level team.
Manage general queries of colleagues and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Create and update knowledge base articles.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications/Experience:
SAP SuccessFactors certification in any of the modules is a bonus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration work.
Essential Skills Requirements:
Proven configuration skills in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding (2.0).
Knowledge in other SAP SuccessFactors modules (especially EC, Position Mgmt.).
Recruiting process knowledge.
Routinized use of JIRA / xRay / Confluence.
Exposure to Agile methodologies.
Strong commitment to quality.
Advantageous Skills Requirements:
Familiarity with SuccessFactors Reporting tools (especially Story Reporting).
Integration Center and CPI knowledge are beneficial.
Experience with Opportunity Marketplace and Premium AI features.
Proficient in Application Testing for SuccessFactors.
Exposure to multinational work environments.
Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
