About the position
Role Overview
Lead the Finance functional stream within the Client’s S/4HANA programme and provide overall accountability for Finance design, build, testing, deployment and business adoption. This role is a workstream leadership role interacting directly with Finance executives and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FI delivery across the programme.
- Drive fit-to-standard workshops.
- Lead functional design decisions.
- Manage GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and New GL scope.
- Support IFRS 16, Advanced Financial Closing and Accrual Engine deployment.
- Support Group Reporting integration.
- Manage Finance defects and testing activities.
- Support Data Migration and Reconciliation.
- Drive UAT and business sign-offs.
- Lead Finance cutover readiness.
- Support Hypercare.
Required Skills
- SAP FI
- SAP S/4HANA Finance

Mandatory Experience
- 10+ years SAP FI.
- Minimum 3 SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
- Experience leading Finance workstreams.
- Financial Services industry experience.
- Large enterprise transformation experience.
Leadership Expectations
- Manage functional consultants.
- Lead Finance Design Authority sessions.
- Engage with Finance executives and business leadership.
- Support governance forums and steering committees.
Preferred Certifications
- SAP FI Certification.
- SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting Certification.
