About the Role
We are seeking a skilled SAP Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP), with a focus on delivering seamless payroll solutions tailored to South African requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP Payroll solutions, including configuration, testing, and ongoing support.
- Configure and support South Africa-specific payroll processes to meet client and business needs.
- Design and execute payroll interfaces with third-party vendors, banks, and government agencies.
- Document configurations, processes, and system designs in line with internal policies and audit requirements.
- Implement and configure SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to align with global and local payroll requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and ECP, including time management and finance modules.
- Design and configure schemas, rules, wage types, and off-cycle payroll processes in ECP.
- Conduct end-to-end testing, including unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure full integration of SAP Payroll with other SAP modules (e.g., Time Management, Personnel Administration, Finance).
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll systems.
- Certification: SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) certification is mandatory.
Hard Skills:
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- Proficiency in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Strong knowledge of SAP EC Payroll Interfaces.
- Proven ability to integrate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) with ECP
