About the position
SAP (AB Initio) - Integration ConsultantPurpose:
Design and implement data processing solutions using Ab Initio. This includes analyzing business and system requirements, creating technical designs, developing solutions, and managing end-to-end implementation.
Key Focus Areas:
- Ab Initio development
- Data warehousing
- ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Data integration
- Agile methodologies
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and execute complex data acquisition and processing solutions using AB Initio software.
- Interfacing between SAP and non-SAP environments through ETL tools such as AB INITIO and SAP Data Services
- Specialist/lead role
- Ability to design and develop solutions based on business requirements, conduct user acceptance testing, and deploy to production.
Qualification
- IT Eng/IS/BSc/Com Science - University Degree/Diploma
Preferred Certifications
- Ab Initio and/or Integration Specific certification
Technical / Professional Knowledge
- AB Initio software platform
- ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- IT Architecture
- Agile Methodology
