What We’re Looking for Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, VF, LWC), integrations, and data migrations.
- 5+ years of expertise in creating technical architectures for complex Salesforce implementations.
- 7+ years of experience in full lifecycle enterprise software projects.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring teams and managing people.
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) and a passion for continuous growth and learning.
