Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor sales and marketing trends to optimize sales efforts and product launches.
• Organize resources effectively, ensuring equipment functionality and compliance with safety standards.
• Manage people, setting performance goals, conducting team meetings, and ensuring all staff adhere to company standards.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a retail environment. Experience in the automotive services is highly beneficial.
• A Matric Certificate (Grade 12) is required; additional management courses are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, market dynamics, and the automotive industry.
• A valid driver's license is essential.
• Willing to Travel to Pretoria East - Preferable
