Our client is looking to employ a highly organised Sales Support Lead Researcher (1 year Contract)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and prioritize target agencies across Fire, EMS, and Law Enforcement.
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of prospects aligned to sales territories.
- Uncover hidden opportunities by mapping jurisdictions, mutual aid regions, and municipal structures.
- Pinpoint decision makers - from Fire Chiefs to City Administrators - and validate their contact details.
- Deliver lead packets that reps can immediately convert into effective outbound calls.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric / Grade 12 is essential
- Minimum 5 years of research or sales support experience
- Retired Fire/Police/Emergency Services professional with supervisory experience (Preferred)
- English MUST be a first language
- Strong ability to verify and summarize public information into usable sales intelligence.
- Familiarity with public safety and government structures.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and video meeting tools.
- Accuracy-first mindset and ethical research habits.
- Salesforce experience (Preferred)
- Experience in lead generation or public-sector prospecting (Preferred)
- Familiarity with public safety technology (CAD/911 (Preferred)
- Willing to work 10 AM to 7 PM aligned with US hours
