About the position

We're looking for an organised, well-presented, and proactive individual to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day customer communication, showroom sales, and general administrative support across various departments.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer queries through various channels.
• Handle quotations, orders, and customer follow-ups.
• Assist with showroom sales and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
• Provide administrative support to sales and management teams.
• Coordinate product information, samples, and updates where required.
• Oversee basic website and online sales functions.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Professional and friendly demeanour.
• Confident working with customers both in person and online.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, web platforms).
• A good eye for presentation and attention to detail.
