About the position
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct site assessments and provide clients with tailored waterproofing and roofing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, property managers, homeowners, and commercial clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction, waterproofing, or roofing industry is a plus.
- Strong ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
- A branded company car will be provided to you, to use in the day when assessing sites. After 3 months the client will consider allowing you use of the company car full time.
- Company cell phone also provided to engage with clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
