You're a mature, results-driven sales professional with a strong commercial instinct and a solid track record in the solar industry. You're someone who builds trust through clear communication, outstanding negotiation, and tailored client engagement. You excel at managing a pipeline, nurturing relationships, and closing high-value deals. Whether working solo or collaborating in a team, you bring energy, stability, and initiative - and you enjoy being out in the field meeting clients and making an impact.
You'll take ownership of growing the residential and C&I solar segments by identifying opportunities, managing a varied sales pipeline, and closing deals that matter. You'll tailor solutions to client needs, ensuring satisfaction from first contact through to delivery. Regular client visits and presentations will keep you connected to the market, while your reporting and CRM skills will help you stay on top of targets. Your efforts will directly support the company's expansion and South Africa's clean energy journey.
You'll join a dynamic and expanding solar energy business based in Midrand that serves residential, commercial, and industrial clients. You bring at least 3 years of proven success in solar energy sales across residential and C&I sectors. Your understanding of PV technology, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks is excellent. You're confident using CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and tracking tools. A valid driver's licence & your own vehicle is essential, and a degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering would be advantageous. A stable, solutions-oriented mindset is key.
