About the position

Sales Representative in Nelspruit office

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand all water and coffee products, pricing options, delivery processes, and billing procedures.
  • Evaluate customer needs and propose optimal product and service solutions.
  • Follow up on leads generated through cold calls, marketing activities, and trials.
  • Convert trials into signed rental agreements.
  • Ensure all communication with customers is handled professionally and through approved company channels.
  • Continuously grow the customer base and promote all Aquazania products when opportunities arise.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in team projects and initiatives as prescribed by management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum Criteria

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • A Sales or Marketing qualification will be advantageous.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a sales role, preferably within the service industry.
  • Experience in water or coffee-related products will be an advantage.
  • Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle are essential.
  • Ability to travel within the Nelspruit and surrounding areas.

  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written).
  • Energetic, self-driven, and target-focused.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and professional presentation.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to introduce and promote products creatively.

Salary: negotiable based on experience + Commission + Cell phone Allowance + Petrol Card
