The Opportunity

Because you have a strong network in the mining and energy sectors, you understand the value of offering Mining & Energy Security to protect critical infrastructure. This role gives you the direct authority to build your own high-value portfolio of Mining & Energy Security, offering a clear path to advance into senior account management as the company grows. By bringing your proven sales skills to this trusted team, you will secure a reliable career path supporting the delivery of Mining & Energy Security, all while earning a base salary of up to R18,000 and an uncapped commission offering an On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of R40,000+ through consistent, high-tier commercial contracts.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Target key decision-makers at mines and energy plants to present tailored, reliable security solutions.
  • Build and grow a strong sales pipeline through active networking and visiting specific industry sites.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure all security plans meet strict mining and energy compliance rules.
  • Guide the complete sales process from the first high-level meeting to signing the final service agreement.
  • Keep accurate records of your client meetings and sales forecasts to track your growing business accurately.

Experience & Qualifications

  • A proven history of selling services or products directly to decision-makers in the mining or energy sectors.
  • Strong skill in guiding complex sales and navigating large corporate buying and procurement processes.
  • An active, existing network of procurement managers or risk directors within major South African mining houses.
  • A valid driver’s license and your own reliable transport to travel safely to remote mining and energy sites.
  • Clear speaking and problem-solving skills to communicate confidently at both the board and site-management levels.
