About the position
An established Johannesburg armed response and security company is looking for a Sales Consultant to work its property-transfer and new-homeowner pipeline across the northern and north-western suburbs. This is a race. When an existing client sells, cancels or moves out, you find the new homeowner or occupant and sign them before a competitor gets there. Most of the work is the network you build and keep warm - estate agents, letting agents and conveyancers who send you the moving-home leads first. It is field based, and it includes evening appointments where that is the only time a client can see you. You will need PSIRA registration, your own vehicle and a valid driver's licence. All three are non-negotiable. You will also need a track record in direct, target-driven sales, and either existing relationships with estate agents, letting agents or conveyancers, or the ability to build them quickly. R20 000 to R25 000 per month basic, plus a R3 000 fuel allowance, with commission on top.
