About the position

A well-established East Rand company seeks a CNC Machine Tool Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities

• Sell CNC machine tools and achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored manufacturing solutions.
• Gain and maintain strong knowledge of the machine tool industry, products, and services.
• Manage projects from sale through installation and commissioning to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain ongoing communication between customers and internal technical teams.
• Collaborate effectively with all internal departments to support customer needs and company goals.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience: At least 5 years in sales, preferably industrial or technical sales.
• Technical Skills: Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent collaboration, listening, respect, and work ethic to build lasting customer relationships.
• Project Management: Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Personal Traits: Competitive, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage long sales cycles effectively.
