About the position
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Representative with a strong background in the automotive industry for our client in Germiston. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ proven sales experience and an established client database. This role requires a proactive individual who can leverage existing relationships, identify new business opportunities, and consistently exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients within your personal database.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the automotive sector.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Promote and sell automotive products/services to dealerships, fleet owners, and other industry stakeholders.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Must have an existing, active client database within the automotive sector.
- Strong knowledge of automotive products, parts, or services.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
