You're well-presented, commercially sharp and thrive in a target-driven environment. You'll inherit a client portfolio which you'll be responsible for maintaining and growing - however, this is not just an account management role. You'll be expected to actively identify, pursue and close new business opportunities. Your week will focus on structured client visits, proactive prospecting, relationship building and driving consistent revenue growth. Your focus will be not just to hit target, but to consistently exceed it. If you enjoy being backed by a supportive and ambitious team, this role will suit you perfectly.
Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturing organisation known for its performance-driven culture and strong market presence. They offer support and an environment where ambitious sales professionals can thrive. Team collaboration is part of their culture. Should you have a day full of client meetings scheduled, you are able to go directly to clients from home. Otherwise, you'll be office-based, including Fridays which is team office day and offers the opportunity to align with the team, share insights, celebrate successes and even enjoy a social activity together. Working hours are 07:30 - 16:30 and the office is based in Randburg, Gauteng.
A proven track record in sales with the ability to demonstrate targets achieved and new business won, although if you're early in your sales career and already showing strong results, ambition and drive, we'd still love to hear from you. You'll need Matric (non-negotiable), a valid driver's licence, your own vehicle and at least 1 year of successful sales experience. You're confident, professional and well-presented, and able to validate your sales success through revenue grown, commission earned and targets exceeded. We're looking for someone who doesn't just talk the talk, but can back up their results.
A basic salary with car allowance and fuel card plus commission. This is a performance-driven environment where you'll be joining a collaborative, no-drama team that supports one another and is there to win.
