Sales Representative

About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Middelburg. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, increase market share, build strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities within the building and construction sector.
Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets
• Increase product visibility and market share within the region
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Conduct regular customer visits and site calls
• Provide accurate reporting and sales forecasts
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (car allowance/pre-approval required)
• Minimum 3 years’ proven sales experience (preferably within the building or construction industry)
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales or a Building-related field (advantageous)
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in English and one additional official language
