Location: Pinetown (KZN), Epping (CPT), Robertville (JHB)

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role selling industrial machinery, consumables, and technical products
• Persuasiveness and selling ability
• Sound interpersonal skills, creativity and ability to mix with other people
• Experience in handling large and smaller businesses
• Experience in handling very demanding customers
• Experience in a high profile / LSM consumer base
• Strong Internal Stakeholder relationships (colleagues)
• Key Internal Project management

Responsibilities:

• Maximize sales volume and market share
• Achieve pre-determined sales/brands and market share targets
• Maintain GP margins as agreed
• Maintain stock levels on site by engaging with Supply Chain well in advance
• Service outlets
• Develop sound business relationships
• Maintain customer call rate as per agreed call schedule
• Conduct regular account reviews
• Handle Customer complaints and queries
• Manage product quality
• Manage sales administration
• Compile reports as and when required
• Determine pre-call planning objectives
• Conduct personal audits
• Develop sound customer relationships
