About the position

Sales Representative required to join the Centurion Head Office of a consulting firm in the construction industry.

Minimum Requirements
Matric
Driver's license
3+ years external sales experience

Overview of position

Sales Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Formulate sales goals and plans for assigned territories.
• Collaborate with marketing to align sales campaigns with company goals.

Customer and lead management

• Prospect, qualify, and acquire new customers through various methods like cold calling and networking.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide support.
• Gather and share customer feedback to improve products and services.

Sales activities and execution

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and close deals.

Reporting and administration

• Prepare and present sales reports to management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, appointments, and customer information.
• Perform competitive analysis and stay informed about market trends.

Salary Bracket
R15 000 per month basic + quarterly commission, depending on experience and qualifications
