- A passion for cycling and an understanding of the cycling retail industry will be a strong advantage.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets, analyse reports, and reach goals through agreed strategies, such as growing accounts and sustaining and expanding the footprint.
- Achieve annual regional sales targets and report monthly on progress against targets and actuals.
- Plan weekly store visits, activations, and product training.
- Plan sales initiatives, strategies, and activations to increase stock movement through various accounts.
- Report weekly on store visits, activations, and product training.
- Recoup and analyse monthly sales and stock reports from stores for each brand.
- Merchandise the Company’s products within respective accounts.
- Manage accounts by establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships, and sustaining and growing accounts.
