- Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present and demonstrate the company IT solutions to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of the company services.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client needs are met.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.
- Good understanding of computer and server hardware.
- Very good understanding of M365 cloud modern workplace offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- At least 3 years of working experience in similar environments and with the same technology
