About the position
Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with experience in technical sales, ideally within the electrical or related industrial sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical components, advanced knowledge of low-voltage products, a working understanding of cables and overhead line (OHL) components, and strong sales acumen. Minimum Qualification: Key Performance Areas include the following: Core Competencies:

? 2 Years Sales Experience
? Direct Customer Sales
? Telesales and Tender Pricing
? Material and Stock Sourcing
? Creating and maintaining Orders
? Purchase Orders and Transport co-ordination
? Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
? Quoting on a wide variety of products and Resolving customer complaints and queries
? Meeting Sales Targets
? Generating new and maintaining existing customer accounts
? Advanced LV Product Knowledge, moderate Cable and OHL knowledge.
? Computer Literacy (MS Word and email etiquette) and Numeracy skills
? Must pay attention to detail.
? Develop and maintain relationships with customers from a variety of backgrounds and cultures.
? Strong telephone etiquette and have moderate administration skills.
? Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
? Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
? Maintain documentation record.
