Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible1 for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, promoting our extensive range of hydraulic products and industrial solutions, and driving sales growth within the Gauteng region.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers within the mining, construction, manufacturing, agriculture, and transport sectors.
- Conduct regular sales visits to clients, providing product demonstrations and technical support.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product range and its applications.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and market feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the hydraulics or industrial equipment industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated,2 target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Valid South African driver's license and clean driving record.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field (engineering, sales, marketing) is beneficial.
