Job Description
- Respond quickly to incoming sales queries across social media platforms and websites.
- Update client details and sales progress neatly within the company CRM database.
- Connect with lodge and restaurant decision-makers to understand their ground coffee needs.
- Arrange tasting kits and coffee samples for chefs, lodge managers, and cafe owners.
- Send clear, accurate supply quotes and wholesale agreements to interested hospitality clients.
- Follow up warmly on warm leads to secure ongoing monthly wholesale coffee orders.
- Team up with roastery staff to ensure fast deliveries and happy long-term customers.
What You Need to Apply
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate is essential.
- At least three years of B2B sales experience in food, beverage, or hospitality.
- Proven experience handling inbound sales leads and working on a CRM system.
- Background in dealing with lodge managers, restaurant owners, or hospitality buyers.
- Excellent communication, deal-closing, and customer presentation skills.
- A genuine passion for specialty coffee, cafe culture, and outstanding client service.
