Our client a well established supplier of packaging materials is looking for a Sales Representative to join their team covering the Gauteng and Free State territory.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving revenue goals in the packaging industry
This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, networking, and inbound leads.
Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
Develop strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close sales.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in equipment and consumable sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with B2B or B2C sales.
Ability to manage a sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
