Our client a manufacturer of essential oils is urgently looking to employ an experienced Sales Representative at their organization
Location: Strydom Park, Randburg
Requirements:
- Matric
- Sales/Marketing Certificate
- 5 years sales and marketing experience within a target driven environment
- Must reside within the West Rand/North of JHB(non-negotiable)
- Must be able to start immediately
- Must have own vehicle(non-negotiable)
- Market knowledge/research
- Computer knowledge - MS office applications and Sage Pastel Evolution system
- Building customer relationships
Responsibilities:
- Implement sales policies and strategy set by the sales manager
- Support the sales team to achieve targets every month
- Perform administrative duties such as take orders, capture orders on Pastel, and prepare report if requested.
- Keep customer profiles and sales figures up to date
- Professional telephone techniques, pleasant phone manners
- Clarify, determine and proper adjustment to complaints, inquiries
- Liaising closely with accounts, purchasing, and production and dispatch departments
- Customer visits
- Remain up to date with sales information, stock availability, price strategies, and long term negotiated activity while keeping the team updated on all issues
- Attend weekly sales meeting
- Perform administrative duties such as take orders, capture orders on Pastel Evolution, and prepare reports, if requested
- Compiling daily sales reports
